Refund Policy

We want you to love SnapRockz. If something isn't right with your purchase, here's how refunds work.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your one-time gallery purchase, provided that:

  • your event has not yet occurred, and
  • fewer than 50 photos have been uploaded to the gallery.

After either of those conditions is no longer met, the gallery is considered "consumed" and no longer eligible for a refund.

2. After Your Event

Because each gallery is delivered immediately and used during a one-time event, we generally do not offer refunds after the event date. If the Service experienced a material outage that prevented you from using your gallery on the day of your event, contact us and we will work with you in good faith — including a partial or full refund where appropriate.

3. Duplicate or Mistaken Charges

If you were billed twice or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge in full upon verification.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us using the address on our Contact page with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law (for example, EU/UK statutory rights). Where local law gives you broader rights, those rights apply.
